The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The bedroom was a bit small with a hard bed, but had a very large bathroom with tub. It was in a good location, and fairly central. We were able to walk to many other parts of town and destinations.

I had the best experience at Hotel Villa Condesa! I highly recommend this hotel.
Firstly, the hotel's location is great: all of the lovely restaurants, coffee shops, and bars of Condesa and Roma are within walking distance. Also, the hotel's staff is very attentive and friendly (and bilingual). Several staff members helped me out with special requests during my six night stay. The room was spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. It was also very quiet.
The staff reminded that the clocks were going forward the day before checkout which was brilliant otherwise I would have missed my flight.
There were some problems with WiFI internet access and my room phone but two staff sorted it our very quickly.

Excellent clean hotel. Great location close to metro and also for walking the city. The rooms are well soundproofed with very comfortable bed and pillows. There is a balcony in every room which has great sights over the city.
Would definately stay here again - great value for money.

The apartment is very large in a great location, near everything, subway, many restaurants, shops, a bar, disco. Very comfortable apartment with excellent cleaning. The apartments are extremely soundproof and very large bed so comfy that we had the best sleep. The impeccable attention to detail in everything, the decor, chinese chic vases and lamps. They was beautiful, the room furnishings were top quality and I felt like I was in a luxurious apartment.
The front desk staff were exceptional.
