This hotel has a superior location directly on the crossing of 5th Avenue and Constituyentes. This gives you a very close distance from the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars just below 50 metres from the hotel. The best thing is, unlike others, that the hotel is very quiet and the discos are further away. So no loud vibes which could harm your

The hotel is exceptionally located, smack onto 5ta avenida which is where all the shops and restaurants are located. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool is so pretty, especially at night when it's lit up, also very clean. We loved this place so much that we came back twice during our stay (we were doing a road trip along the coast)

I like the location of this hotel. It is at the corner of 5th Avenue, the main street in Playa del Carmen where all the stores are located. It is also a short distance from the beach. The staff was also great. They helped us with ordering food and gave us directions to places around town. They even spoke English which was a plus as they could understand us and we could understand them easily. A taxi stand is right outside the hotel. It is a little pricey but convenient if you need to go anywher

There was nothing we could complain about, we had the room on 2nd floor which has 2 bathrooms, an extra we were not expecting and for 2 girls this was heaven.
Lovely details in the hotel decoration and the staff is helpful as well, assisted with luggage and kind always.
