  Very friendly and helpful reception and nice cleaning and cooking staff. Their location is really good, 2 min to the Metrobus station, within 10 min to the subway station and 20 min to the Plaza Reforma. I walked a lot because it's enjoyable to do so.   The staff was courteous and always attentive to our needs. The suite was fantastic! On our last night we were able to entertain several of my family members due to the spaciousness of the suite. We cannot say enough a - The apartment is very large in a great location, near everything, subway, many restaurants, shops, a bar, disco. Very comfortable apartment with excellent cleaning. The apartments are extremely soundproof and very large bed so comfy that we had the best sleep. The impeccable attention to detail in everything, the decor, chinese chic vases and lamps. They was beautiful, the room furnishings were top quality and I felt like I was in a luxurious apartment. The front desk staff were exceptional.
