I had the best experience at Hotel Villa Condesa! I highly recommend this hotel.
Firstly, the hotel's location is great: all of the lovely restaurants, coffee shops, and bars of Condesa and Roma are within walking distance. Also, the hotel's staff is very attentive and friendly (and bilingual). Several staff members helped me out with special requests during my six night stay. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The bedroom was a bit small with a hard bed, but had a very large bathroom with tub. It was in a good location, and fairly central. We were able to walk to many other parts of town and destinations.

It's a perfect place to stay in Mexico City for a family with small child. The suites are well-equiped, clean and very nice. There is everything you might need. The personnel is very attentive and helpful. There are a laundry and a gym free of charge.

Our room was very clean and cosy, with all necessary kitchen equipment: microwave oven, fridge, plate and dishes. The staff does not speak English but they were very polite and friendly. The Sevilla metro station is in about 10 min walk and the Chapultepec is in about 15-20 min walk. Would recommend for staying.
