  All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe as the security was visible and aware. Our room was clean, check in was smooth. Ivan at the front desk was excellent. Even the gardener was friendly and warm. The area is so quiet - Excellent rooms with a balcony facing the pool (staff bent over backwards to let me pick the best room, since it was low season).
