Only that you'll - Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted.   We just spent two nights here and we wish it had been more.. Loved the room the moment we walked into it.. The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly.. The romantic dinner by the plunge pool was delightful and scored perfect marks.. The welcoming-looking indoor pool was very destressing.. The bed was superbly comfortable..   We stayed here as a family for 2 nights at the end of September. Check- in went smoothly, staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had 2 x 1 bedroom apartments in the Residences and the views were great from the 30th floor.   THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER…..I can’t say enough about the Damas Suites. From the moment I arrived (a bit grumpy if I’m honest) the manager, Richard, leapt from reception with a huge smile to carry my bags in himself. It was like arriving home! My studio apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean throughout, with a big fridge, loads of storage space, a very comfortable bed - Me and my friend stay at the deluxe studio suite. It was a huge room. There was the dining area, a decent kitchenette, and like a divided bedroom area separated with a sliding glass door. Apart From that comes along a spacious balcony event. Ours was facing the Hartamas shopping center. The hotel has a direct link to the Hartamas shopping centre it was real easy for us doing groceries. Our purpose staying at this hotel was to be out of they city area and it's nearer to the places that we wanted

  A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel. However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good but the cleaning could (as always) have been better. We asked them to turn down the volume several times and they did but after 10-15 minutes the volume was back - Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier

It was totally surprising us as it was much more nice-looking interior design, and provided a very home-like feeling to us, different with the room we stayed last year. The breakfast was also tasty with quite a variety.   We stayed at the hotel apartment on 33rd floor. Lovely room, good aircon, nice toilet. The 10 feet pool and the spa pool are a delight.the mall under the hotel is undergoing reno, so they have complimentary coffee , juice etc at the pool. And great discount off room service. Monkey bar is nice.but the best part was checkin. They gave me an earl - The two bedroom units were great for families and having a refrigerator in the room is a plus. The staff at breakfast was great and very attentive. Food selection was nice including both Western, Asian and Indian food. Liked having Disney Channel for the kids. The staff is friendly and when an issue needed attention the management took care of it right away and made sure we were happy afterwards.
