The stay was fabulous. Why stay in a small hotel room, when you can have a 3 bedroom luxurious apartment! We loved the apartment. It's so open, Bright , furnished, awesome Internet free of charge, satellite tv, huge balcony, amazing kitchen, an the best part would probably be that it's connected to the Pavillion mall. So that's a huge bonus. -

Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes. The compound is relatively new, very clean, the apartments are spacious and the swimming pools and other recreation facilities are fantastic. Supermarkets and restaurants and other activities are withing walking distance. -
The room was spacious, spotless, well appointed, had excellent views and very secure. The staff and amenities were great.

To get a rest for a night near LCCT,Moon Eleven is convinient,cozy and much better than sleeping in airport.Landlord Nacy is very nice who can speak more than 4 kinds languages.She prepares snacks for guests and pleasure to help.In the night I stayed here,there was only 1 girl shared the room with me,I felt quiet and slept well.

Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. The space of the room was fantastic and the small kitchen was impressive.
Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths.
Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil
Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and helpfull
I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels
Fracer place really impressed me.
I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available

The staff was gracious enough to call me n inform me that my room rates
will be reduced because of charging error. They could have just made me
pay the inflated rate but they were so honest and nice to revert my rate
to the lower one. For that I am ever so grateful.. I will surely stay
there again when I m in kl.

1. I like the uniform wore by the staffs. It really represents the Melayu concept, which is in line with the style of the hotel.

Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Rooms are luxury comfortable, beautifully furnished. Wide choice of food in the hotel and in the nearby Pavilion Mall. Concierge helped us with booking for day tours to Elephant San

I went to E & O residence with my family on 8th august 2013. The place is very nice, clean and beautiful. There is everything that a family of 4 adults need. The rooms, toilets, living room and kitchen are well maintained. Kitchen comes with all utensils like knife, pans, spoons and etc. You can even cook a meal or bake a cake for your family to enjoy.
Security very good. Be it parking your car or the lift going up the condo
The breakfast is quite limited but the taste is good.
