  I loved the location of hotel, maybe not outside area but it was handy to buses and all areas when walking. The Hotel was beautiful only 9 rooms and staff very attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs and Nasi Lemak was out of this world! - Staff were exceptionally good: friendly, efficient and couldn't do too much to help.   Great location - it was a few blocks away from Gurney drive. Palaquinn is also in the area of very good food! Such as the Pulau Tikus market, ans hokkien mee and mee goreng. Staff (Jennifer) was very warm and enthusiastic, she pointed out to me the nearby attractions and the places for good food. It was very spacious - with my own living room, balcony, bedroom ans open air bathroom, I felt like I had the whole house to myself. Great privac - The heritage house is very pretty, décoration inside is tasteful and original. Location is not in the historical centre but a 10min bus ride leads there easily, safely and cheaply until late at night. More over, staff is super friendly, super helpful and super sweet.

  The hosts of the hotel are pretty nice, also the unique stylish antique heritage houses are wonderful. The food served for the breakfast are tasty, and I have to say the fresh juice they prepared for the guests everyday are nice and sweet. Besides, the location make it a quiet living place in Pena - The unexpected funky interior design of the hotel is worth the praise. The owner and her staff were really friendly and helpful too; understanding and accommodating. We travelled as a group friends so we had to book 3 rooms and got the whole unit to ourselves which was awesome. The king size bed on the ground floor room is real comfortable and the breakfast they served is very fulfilling and tasty. Location is in the proximity of the town and Gurney drive area. I love the name flash back, you will find two friendly receptionists, you can ask them any questions, they are both very happy to help.. Rooms are very clean and with air conditioner, you got to love the big shower too. Furthermore, they have got cafe as well, their iced coffee is a must try, is a secret recipe, don't forget to check out their fried ice cream.. I will definitely go back to that
