I like the location of the hotel, the quite environment and the best thing i like it is the customer services which i only found it in Burj Al-Arab Hotel-Dubai. - Very good price/quality ratio. I strongly recommed this to anyone visiting KL!

Really nice hotel. The room was big with large windows. The view was okay not bad but okay.
The location is perfect, about 10-15 min walk to the twin tower. There is a subway station just 2 min from the hotel, so you don't need to spend your money for taxis or being stuck in the traffic.

Good value, 10-15min walk to the Twin Petronas Towers and main shopping, 2min walk to train station. A handy supermarket across from the station in the shopping mall was ideal for cheap supplies.

We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Everything was amazing in this hotel, the Staff were so helpful, whoever you ask about anything they will make sure that you get the premium with less money especially when we were asking about the tours. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the comforts offered. The breakfast buffet was more like a mid-day meal there was so much choice. There are principly three restaurants offering a large selection. The rooms are large with ensuite bath and shower facilities. There are always staff on hand to help or guide. The staff in Sheraton is just amazing, a front desk agent who remembers your name upon arrival (I visit the hotel last in July 2013) and they treat you as a human and you can feel it’s a sincere and honest way, rather than the “I have to do” attitude because "I am told to do".

The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.

Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants
