We stayed here as a family for 2 nights at the end of September. Check-
in went smoothly, staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had 2 x 1
bedroom apartments in the Residences and the views were great from the
30th floor. They apartments were serviced daily, king size bed was very

Very nice place!
Self service at the kitchen, what's great! Don't need to wait, just make your toasts with butter and jam, and tea with powder milk, or coffee at any time during breakfast time. Very convenient.
Very comfortable shared space what makes it easy to get to know other travelers or just chilling out with your feet up on one of the couches.
Big screen Mac for everybody to use.
Very helpful and humorous staff.

Bed/sheet pretty clean, comfortable, air-con works well.

The staff (Raza, Saqi and Anne) were always polite, helpful and pleasant. They even allowed me to keep the hair dryer in my room the entire 10 days. And when the air conditioner began leaking they had it fixed immediately.
