  We stayed here as a family for 2 nights at the end of September. Check- in went smoothly, staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had 2 x 1 bedroom apartments in the Residences and the views were great from the 30th floor. They apartments were serviced daily, king size bed was very comfy, large flat screen tv, nice modern bathroom and kitchette... co mówią ludzie » , 2x bottles of water supplied daily included in the cost of the room as well as a daily newspaper.   Iman, who greeted me upon my evening check-in was an absolute gem throughout my stay - very knowledgeable about traveling in all of Asia, and willing to take time to talk. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The (single) room was comfortable enough, though I had initial shock at the shoebox size.
