Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in kl. We are frequent
travellers to Malaysia and this hotel this time seemed to be a hidden
gem. Slightly outside of klcc perimeter but absolutely at the doorstep
of pwtc lrt. Very convenient to travel to sogo and other shopping malls
such as Times Square Berjaya through lrt. A new and massive upscal

Compared to The Nomad SuCasa Hotel, where my sister and I stayed for the
first three nights, Seri Pacific was just awesome and $20 cheaper as
they had discounted rates at that time. We loved everything: very cosy
and clean rooms, great room service, spa was fantastic, most of the
staff was very professional, great view to the hills, railroad, and
canal, good location, despite the mall across the road is under
reconstruction, the hotel is within 25 min walking distance from the
Sogo shops. Break

1) It is in the neighbouhood where cheap wholesale goods can be found.
2) Also very near to PWTC and 3 train stations.
3) There is a big beautiful pool and jacuzzi.
4) Theres WiFi in the apt.
5) Vigilant security.

It was a great stay. They gave us a clean and comfortable unit, granted our request for high floor. The kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was functioning well inside the unit. We cooked our own meals. They have complete kitchen-wares and utensils. It has also a strong wi-fi connections.
Personnel were very accommodating.

Less than 10 minute walking distance to Putra World Trade Centre. LRT Sultan Ismail and PWTC is also near. Easy Chinese and Indian street food. Got massage centre.

staff was very helpfull and i appreciate they give them best to us..especialy eriq. - The staffs were generall friendly but lack of information for placesand not very willing to look up the internet for it. Felt helpless inthat sense.

The hotel is in a very good location 3 minutes to Monorail. The staff were quite freindly. At the first night there some cockroaches in my room. I asked the reception, they have changed my room with a room which was 2-3 times more expensive than mine. So please dont be shy!! - Good location and good view! I really like this hotel rooms and service, it is new hotel and everything is new and clean, the rooms and the furniture is so beautiful better the seven star hotel, the bathroom is a nice and there is a spa all executive suites and joiner suites -
The staffs are so friendly, very helpful and good customer service.

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the comforts offered. The breakfast buffet was more like a mid-day meal there was so much choice. There are principly three restaurants offering a large selection. The rooms are large with ensuite bath and shower facilities. There are always staff on hand to help or guide. The Monorail is a 5 minute walk

The staff in Sheraton is just amazing, a front desk agent who remembers your name upon arrival (I visit the hotel last in July 2013) and they treat you as a human and you can feel it’s a sincere and honest way, rather than the “I have to do” attitude because "I am told to do".
Rao and Nick on the front desk are just excellent and very professional. Keep it up…
