First visit to kuantan and overall I'm pretty satisfied with this
hotel.Room is clean and spacious. Staircase might be a little steep but
still ok considering the price I paid.The hotel is accessible to many
eateries,beach and town.Friendly staffs too.Will definitely consider
this hotel if I ever visit kuantan again.
The Rooms were not clean as expected.
The first room offered - hairs were everywhere, on the bedsheets, pillows and even the towels.
The 2nd room offered - likewise, the receptionist had to change the bedsheets etc.
Trying to rest, we found that the mattresses smells.
Realising we can't expect much, we checkout of the hotel and went to another.
This is one hotel which should not be on the letsbookhotel.com list.
