They let us check in immediately upon arrival at noon even though the
check in time is after 3 pm and let us extend the check out time until 4

We stayed in Westin for 3 nights 4th - 7th Oct 2013.
The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

This is my second stay at this hotel and they really exceeded my expectations. Everything was amazing in this hotel, the Staff were so helpful, whoever you ask about anything they will make sure that you get the premium with less money especially when we were asking about the tours. The breakfast is amazing and has a lot of variety, you will never get bored of having breakfast everyday. The Seafood Night was amazing, we had it twice during our stay. My husband & I stayed there for our 1st anniversary . Since it was
school holiday & public holiday we couldnt get any other place to go
because most of the hotel outside kuala lumpur are fully booked . This
villa situated right in the middle of the city & just 5 mins drive
from our working place . But it was worth it . We really loved

The setting (a peaceful oasis in a big city) and the environment created
within the grounds, pool, garden etc are extraordinary. The staff and
management could not do enough for us. The manager even drove us to the
station (for the airport) early in the morning when our booked taxi
failed to appear. The room was beautifully conceived and decorated,
restful, cool when necessary. Breakfast, and dinner at the associated
restaurant, were high quality, tasty and well serve--as well as

Easy accessabillity to all surrounding placeses, excellent sevice provided by the entire staff cleanliness and value of manoy. I highly recommend this hotel. - everything was great. It was a delightful place to stay in and this hotel is located on the best spot of KL right next to the Twin Towers

I went to E & O residence with my family on 8th august 2013. The place is very nice, clean and beautiful. There is everything that a family of 4 adults need. The rooms, toilets, living room and kitchen are well maintained. Kitchen comes with all utensils like knife, pans, spoons and etc. You can even cook a meal or bake a cake for your family to enjoy.
Security very good. Be it parking your car or the lift going up the condo
The breakfast is quite limited but the taste is good.

فندق جديد يفتح النفس وراقي جدا وخدمة اكثر من ممتازة - في غرفتي كان ضغط الماء الساخن ضعيف فاعطوني الغرفة التي بجانبي بالاضافة الى غرفتي لكي استخدم حمامها و اصلحوا حمام غرفتي اثناء خروجي - يهتمون جدا لراحة الزبون

The compound is relatively new, very clean, the apartments are spacious and the swimming pools and other recreation facilities are fantastic. Supermarkets and restaurants and other activities are withing walking distance. -
The room was spacious, spotless, well appointed, had excellent views and very secure. The staff and amenities were great.
