As a solo traveler, this hotel always be my first choice whenever i visit Kuala Lumpur. Single Deluxe Room is comfortable to accommodate one person. Location is superb. Pizza Hut is just few steps away and Mc Donald is just across the road. Bukit Bintang Monorail is just a 5 minutes walk. Front desk staffs are friendly and willing to smile =). Fabulous little hotel off the main shopping streets of Bukit Bintang with huge malls and street stalls. Staff was excellent. Hotel was well-designed both interior and exterior. Room was small but comfortable for a couple of nights' stay so close to everything. Highly recommended.
wszystkie opinie » we book two rooms- family room and a double bed room. I personally prefer family room as it is more spacious and more value in money. Whereas, the space for a twin double bed is small, hardly have space for luggage. The staff at the reception is very helpful and friendly. The facilities and design are modern. Within 5 minute walk to the Bukit Bingtang shopping area. At least 3 big and modern shopping malls nearby. location is perfect, in the centre of bukit bintang. room is smaller but comfortable if you don't spend much time in there. good selection of english TV. has interntaional power points and free wifi. Clean and convenient, very close to several big shopping centres. Room was small but comfortable. Staff were efficient and polite. The cheapest, better and safer hotel around Bukit Bintang~ it's easy to get monorail to other places and shopping malls!. The location. It is located at the heart of Bukit BIntang. Over all of our staying on this hotel, we feel great with the comfortable and great shopping location. A suggestion from us is the rate might be a bit higher or may be should have promotion rate during off peak season. We have a problem staying the room facing to the restaurant, it's having some smoke smell from the restaurant in front of our room. The light and the noise in the middle of the night of the 24 hrs restaurant across the street is kind disturbing to some people though. Otherwise this hotel is nice~. The noise outside can be heard in the rooms. The neighbors are up all night, yelling and singing. Single room bit small but it's ok. The room is too small. The building is located at the backside of many taller building, so the view from my window was not great. The air-con was noisy. A lot of noise from outside. We couldn't connect to the wifi on the floor we were on. No breakfast package. No breakfast, but with starbucks around the corner it didnt affect us. - Beeping sound at night. Room is small for sharing, ok for solo traveller quite noisy street at the back (beeping, bin men) but it is in the heart of the city so come to expect it. Some of taxi they don't know about hotel much so they abit confuse about location when take taxi. Improvements dhould be made in soundproofing the rooms. Noise outside the hotel creeps in the room specially in early morning. The tv channel needs more varieties. rooms were very small. no fridge or microwave provided. A bit noisy outside the hotel. Nothing. No break first. No parking and difficult to turn the car around. Unfriendly traffic arragement. the floor of living. So small room. Small single room. However, the TV condition & channels is so poor & weak. Especially the local channels (NTV7 & 8TV) Can't even get a clearer view. Quite disappointing. The water flushing in bathroom is poor and weak too. Room too small (Deluxe Double), just enough for 2 persons, not if u have huge luggage. Not enough light for reading. Semi-Transparent bathroom. Toilet malfunction. Some Staffs can't speak Malay/ English. No Chinese channel,bed to small & very difficult to get a cab. Noisy eateries nearby when there are drunk lads. Room was Tiny. Lots of construction in the area. No food on Premises. Lighting in room too gloomy. Difficult to get a cab. The air corn mantenance very bad.. Water dripping from air corn , then after change to other room, air corn not cold at all... Sweating ... Room is small and price too expensive. a bit diffult to get taxi. Very small room, we were on 5th floor , only had once hot water shower , the other time all were cool water . This hotel only looks good, not clean , ants were on bed sheets , it's surrounded by buildings , only few rooms could see nice view . I won't stay in it next time . some how rather, black not an attractive color. Small room. The Aircon was break down at mid night on our last day stay . full bar but wifi doesnt work, when i called staff up to my room to fix they unable to fix. safety box have no battery and lock all my valuable item inside ,not until i angry the staff start solve my problem. as they told me only tomorrow morning things can be solve. (unreasonable!) night shift staff need more training to enhance their knowledge. The room is very small - there is no wardrobes - and there is no fridge - room full of insects Door key does not work well - service is very poor - all what you expect bad there at this hotel.
