  Nice hotel with clean & comfortable room. On a separate note, I had a bad experiecned with one of the front desk staff while I was talking to her to complaint that my air cond room was not working when I came back from dinner somewhere at 11pm. I couldn't continue to talk to her as she was being rude to me . However, I have to say great job to... co mówią ludzie » the Manager for taking over to entertain me & has given me a better room with great hospitality. The next day once I am back from work a lady man - Love the furniture and atmoshphere of the room. Warmth, luxury, and all promised on the images seen was there. Reliable and consistent services just like other Novotel Hotels Chains brand we expected. Special mentioned to staff here Mr. Rasdy, he was helpful and well-spoken - at least he tought us to speak Borneo language! Trima Casheh
