Thanks Mr. Arman Effendi (F.O Executive), for your hospitality and enormous help during my stay there. Quite environment, good room, good pool, safe.Nice place & facility. Nice pool. Clean, quiet and big room. Everyday room service, working aircon, large and good working tv, wifi. Friendly staff, minimart 25m from the hotel. i liked the total complex and the location-just close to airport. facilities of pool, staffs behavior , cleanliness and aswell the breakfast.
wszystkie opinie » The space of the room is big for 2 adults and 2 child. It's very convenient to drive to Pantai Cenang which is very nearby. The breakfast is really good. U need to rent a car or a motorcycle to wonder around. The cable car is 15 minute away. Staff was very kind. Good room, good view, good location ( between airport, beach and different attractions. good nice hotel with nice staff. hotel room was nice with good facilities. near to the airport. The staff are very friendly and kind. The room very clean and comfort. Very friendly staffs. Clean. As I had to be at HMAerospace flying school, which is next door to this hotel, I booked here primerely for my confenience. I like the stuff generally with their warm smiles when we first arrived the hotel. the rooms were quite spacious, however rather poorly cleaned. The location close to the airport. Good room and clean. Facade. Only few TV channels, but not a necessity. Ants around the pool, final days we also had ants in the bathroom but just a couple of them. no wifi in the room, only in lobby. There is no much choice of breakfast compare to Bella Resort. Internet is only in lobby. Poor breakfast. far from the langkawi attractions and cenang beach. No internet connection in the room, wifi only available in lobby which is very inconvenient. No air-con in the lobby...I thought it's next to the airport but it's not. It takes 5 minute's drive to the airport and costs RM14 by taxi. Breakfast menu,taste and pool beside cafe make us uncomfortable to use the pool. none. no comment. no mini mart around the hotel. Can add some vegetarian menu for breakfast and dinner. Firstly there is no air-cond at the hotel lobby and others place except the guest room. Secondly there is no wifi in the room. The toilet didnt flush properly The pool wasnt clean. -the hotel bathroom is very dirty -hotel lobby without air-con -breakfast is terrible -the room air-con is not cold enough -the window been seal , the room is quite heat. wifi in room, hot water kettle, coffee in room, swimming pool. Food & Location. The staff could not responding with inquiry. Should better knowledge staff stay at front office. The lobby area is completely non air conditioned. A food order in the restaurant will take more than one hour to be served. There are very limited channels on the room TV. No mini bar to make coffee or tea at the room. The rooms weren't clean enough, bed sheets were pathetic and so cheap, many Lizards in the rooms, bathroom not clean at all, only single door card for entering the room and they couldn't provide me with another card for electricity in the room as the temp was so hot in the rooms when ever we enter them, breakfast was poor with no much options of foods + the fruits wasn't so clean and they don't even cover the fruits as I hv seen some Mosquitos over the fruits. The staff was very unprofessional and would benefit from training in customer care. The sparceness of the furnishings, no hand towels in bathroom. The poor quality of the bedroom lighting, impossible to read even with all the lights on. Additional linnen/towels/ pillows provided at an additional charge. Breakfast exeedingly poor, little veriety from day to day and quality on the poor side of average.. Stuff need know about hotel stuff. Quality of faced. Swimming pool was dirty. My 12 year old daughter said that this is the worst swimming pool that i have ever been into...
