A very old hotel, perhaps the biggest in JB with link to the mall next door. Easy access to/from highways, thus avoiding the jam on Tebrau Road. It has been extensively refurbished and upgraded. Love the big room, huge twin beds! Breakfast was good, plenty of choices

The excellent welcome we had and the good meal in the poolside restaurant. The Manager was very hands-on and had initiated a programme of refurbishment. attentive to ensure that I was safe and well looked after. The location
is great, especially for a driver over the border into Singapore. The
restaurant serves Italian-Japanese fusion which I had never experienced
before but was really great. The live music added a nice touch.

I stayed in the Club Room and really really love it. The room decoration is sweet modern minimalist with orange color on the wall. Room is not too small though it's not so big but there are spaces to move around. This is my third time staying here and I definitely enjoyed my stay. As
it was the fasting month, it was convenient for us to get our pre-dawn
meal from the Indian stall just in front of the hotel. I think it was 24
hours. Do try the prata with sambal. The sambal is superb! The location
of the hotel is awesome and I will most certainly be booking Citrus
Hotel for my future visits to jb.

The room and location is very good. Staff are very friendly, helpful and takes initiative to help you. Waiting area is big (many seatings). Buffet spread and restaurant is spacious. There's watertheme part on the swimming pool floor and available booking to Legoland. Overall value for money. Suit kids/family and couple short holiday getaway. Everything in 1 building (linked to KSL Shopping Mall).

(we booked deluxe room) view was nice too... walking distance to KSL shopping mall.. breakfast was nice.. overall so many hotel we stayed in JB, this is the best hotel we stayed so far.. we love this hotel. The overall room was spacious with simple yet trendy design. I particularly like the beige/dark brown color scheme. The rooms were just nice and comfortable and well equipped. There were toothbrush, shaver and even cotton buds :)
Breakfast was excellent. I love dim sum so I didn't taste other food.
Overall experience was great. I wish I had more time to relax, enjoy the breakfast, the swimming pool etc. Would recommend this place for family day accommodation.

provided amenities for 3 pax without asking. Most other hotels, I have
to call for extra amenities even though I already booked for 3 pax! Love

The location is good and easy to find with the help from the gps.
Also it is surrounded with all the restaurants nearby and ksl mall is
just abt 3 mins away...car park is ample provided you park early
especially weekend.
We stayed in a triple deluxe room and room was comfortable and amenities is adequate though the air conditioning could be better as the remote switch seems malfunction.
All in...is value for money and I will return again if I drop by to JB again.
