The rooms I booked were spacious which include a lounge or day bed which an extra pax can sleep without requesting for additional bed. Night spa was great with different temperature pools. I enjoyed the place with both my family and friends. Shops and restaurants located nearby the hotel. - The staffs are friendly and helpful. - Room is big and everything in good function. - We stayed at this hotel for the Lost World theme park which we enjoyed and had a good time. - Hotel provided a shuttle bus to the Terminal Amanjaya which cost MYR5 per person, save money by taxi.

Breakfast superb-compliments to head cheff as food very fresh and very tasty.Thermal springs great place to soak and get rid of stiffness in the bones.Lost world excelent for families with young children. The room size (Exotic Twin) was big n comfortable for my whole family. The staffs were friendly n helpful. I requested for extra blankets n towels n they were prompt in delivering all to us. The breakfast was local buffet style, nice food n varied choices. The hotel will provided "Hot Spring" voucher for every single check-in guests. You can just walk to Lost World Theme Park (opposite the hotel) there to enjoyed the hot spring, the operation hours until 11p.m, convenience for those late check-in guests. I liked the hot spring, theme park,the mountain, petting zoo, tin mining area, the spacious room with big bed and very good service from staff. Breakfast just ok. MacDonalds and Giant Supermart are at a walking distance. When we stayed here, they gave free tickets to enter the Night Hot Springs, which was totally awesome. The breakfast was also unbelievable, a lot to choose from. 1st time visit to the park and like it very much. Children love the place. The hotel is just right in front of the park so convenient. Will come back next time. The place was so relaxed you could spend the whole time in swimming trunks and flip flops. The Zoo was wonderful and the staff helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel staff are friendly. A lot of choices for breakfast buffet alhough we have to walk to the restaurant which is located at the other side of the road. Good place to stay for theme park and hot spring visitors as it is just across the street. Value for money as it include breakfast and hot spring entry. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Restaurant located at the theme park, it's a nice place to dine but was not convenient when it rains as hotel guest require to walk across the road and through the parking lot to get there. Music at the springs to loud.I Felt like in disco and not relaxing in hot springs. The breakfast location was not at the hotel itself. Had to walk across the road to the restaurant, located just beside the entrance of the Theme Park. Unfortunately the room I check-in had a bad smell of coffee in the bathroom (smell like the coffee left in the bathroom couple weeks ago) and the toilet flush is no function at all. I had ask the staff come my room to settle it but no one coming, since I only stay at there for 1 night so I didn't make much complain also. Far from city. The staff couldn't / wouldn't speak the national language of Bahasa Melayu which could be a tad embarrassing to outsiders. Nothing at all. wifi is not strong and we hardly can access to our smartphone and ipad. Mosquitos in my rooms :( If you stay for 2 or more nights, you better keep using the bath towel until the end of the stay. I changed my towel after the first night and they replace it with a very thin and rough and old towel :( :( :(. Hot spring and breakfast is a 5 minutes walk out of the hotel into the theme park region. its hard to find a transportation near the hotel , taxis in Ipoh no following meter policy so its a bit expensive its better to have a car if you going there. maybe not so noticeable to mention... Manpower arrangement in the front desk should improve especially during peak hour like check out period. We called for some service help to open the connecting door but comes late even after we called a few times. Although Location of breakfast lounge is 50 meter outside the hotel it do have a fantastic river view.... But need more attention on extra food kinds. I like everything!!. There was no fridge in the room. All cabs must be thru on call. So if its not shopping centre, seems like quite impossible to get cab. There is no minibars for standard room. The not so good part is when you want to have breakfast you have to walk to the theam park. Not much varieties of restaurant. Hotel location to theme park and facilities quite far. have to walk a distances to reach them. No fridge in the room. Restaurants are located across the road at the theme park. Will be problematic during rainy days. There is no refrigerator in room. They should have provided this to the guests with every room. none. No fridge in the room, its not good for families has some medicine. My sister has medicine should be kept in fridge, it expoild, we were so happy that childen didnt suffer any illness or asmah. food is limited variaties. TV channels.. Maybe it should have another additional movie channel. kurang penyelenggaraan. Siaran tv yang tidak berapa baik. No direct link to lobby for certain units. Breakfast can be better. Next year not the family's package. Lack of bath tub and floor towels around the suite. Theme park should inform the guest wheb close of the section , because guest did not know and pay for waste. Water game close too early. Meet to build covered walkway to move between hotel to theme park, it rains mostly and not often we carry enough umbrellas.
