My husband and I have just returned from 6 days in Penang. We chose Traders as it was close to the bus terminal and shops which was very convenient. We never used taxis as the bus system there is exceelent so it's easy to get around the main sites by bus at very cheap prices. Even though the terminal was just next door, the rooms are very quiet and getting a great night sleep was easy. The room was modern, well maintained and very clean. Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You feel like in 5 star hotel, altough the price was only like 3 star hotel. Room was nice and big. We asked if we could check out a bit later and they said it was ok, this was a really nice thing to us! There was many nice places to eat near the hotel. - the location is conveniant

We booked the family suite - which turned out to be the 2bedroom suite on the top floor, occupying half of the entire floor.
Service - top notch. Supervisor was inspecting the room right before we moved in (although we were waiting for 2 hours before we were allowed to enter) and it was well worth the wait!

We liked the hotel very much expecially the staff were very polite,
helpful & kind. We checked in on 1st Nov about 4plus & I asked
for a room facing sea view as I did not put up the request on my online
booking. One of your staff was very helpful, she told me most likely
there were no more rooms facing sea view available, nevertheless, she
was so kind & got us a room which we requested. I loved the room,
so spacious & everything was provided for except that I would
