Pleasant atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Love the clean, modern lines and design. Although its a v new hotel the suite rooms provide value for money and suitable for business travellers and couples looking for mid range priced private suite in the city of Ipoh.

Ritz-Garden new apartment wing is really nice! Have swimming pool, sauna, steam room,gym, etc breakfast also not bad, recommend to group friends or family to stay here. =) -
the staff is very helpful and attentive, from the reception to dave, the front line staff.

Everything here! The room is clean and nice, the bedsheets and blankets
etc are all clean and the breakfast is awesome! Parking within hotel
compound is provided too. I would say we enjoyed the time we had there
and wished we could stay a little longer. Really value for money.
