The rooms are very clean. The idea of not having a lot of carpeting is good as the room doesn't feel dusty.

Very relaxed and easy all over, friendly and helpfull personnel. Room was clean and functional. - Good sized room even though it was only a "studio". Nice view. Staff were polite, well presented and welcoming.

We came early and the front desk staff allowed us to check-in 2hrs before the normal time as soon as the room was vacant. It's really great since we are very tired from our long bus travel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most notably, they were honest. I was sure I had lost my 2k spectacle but they found it. They were very alert too. They would assist you anytime. This is the second time I stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Penang. Was with three other friends and we checked into two adjoining hill view rooms on the 5th floor. The view was not as great as the sea view rooms and there were no balconies but it cost a lot less too during the peak holiday season so no complains. The check-in was quick (less than 5 minu

Visited the Hard Rock Caf -
The staff was not only friendly but helpful. We were in Penang with another family and my parents and did not arrange anything with the hotel in advance. There were no van rentals available but the concierge tried and made a few phone calls for us and did manage to one for us. We were really grateful to them for even trying.
