The host Sanghee Kim is very warm and kind. Great hospitality and she waited and greeted us when we arrived instead of sending someone else. She even gave us a free ride to Lotte World and lend us her scarf due to cold weather. She will attend to our needs or calls at anytime. The location is good as it is quite near to the town of Itaewon and to the subway. But have to climb hilly road for 100 metres but it is not material as there are lots of hilly road and climbing long stairs in Seoul. Have.
wszystkie opinie » Owner of the property is a really gentlemen. He waited for us all the day & when we reached near property he came to receive us on main ittewon road. Gave us his cell phone with sim for local calls. Apartment was nice equipped with all amenities. We were in home away from home. It was a really nice apartment. Huge flat screen, wash machine, really comfortable beds and pillows... The location is also very central. You can't walk to palaces and stuff. But the metro is 5 minutes walking distance. Location was great! very close to a very popular area of Soeul. Walking distance to subway and alot of great restaurants and cafes. Rooms were very comfortable and it was spacious. + Nice facilities in this small studio type apartment of 2 small bedrooms. + Fully functional kitchen + dining area. + Mosque is near but on a high hill. This guesthouse was fantastic in terms of value and quality. Can't recommend enough. If you are looking for an apartment for rent this is a very nice place to stay. Location, cleanliness and friendlyness. The owner is kind and speaks　English.When I could not find the hotel,she picked me up by car. Steep road to reach main ittewon road. Not suitable above 50. It had a very distinctive cigarette smoke smell that we could not eliminate even with windows wide open. Fridge also had a smell but that did not bother me as much as the smoke. I was under the impression it was a smoke free place. We even bought air freshener to try and get rid of the smell. - The only thing that disturbed us in the hilly area. One has to climb and descend much in Iteawon. - The only mosque in Seoul was found at the highest place of Iteawon. Our guesthouse was just 500 m from the mosque but we have to climb 50 m. This is no Hotel. This is an apartment for rent. They only accept cash!. Paying extra for a double room on Saturday night - despite booking thursday and friday evening. Then not getting what I paid for as I was not moved. 245,000Krw in total. No air con available and could do with moisquito spray in room.
