  Customer service at Pension Polaris was exceptional! Our host, Mr. Noh, spoke some Englsih, which was really helpful. He offered to pick us up at the Visitors' Information Center when we arrived at Gyeongju, gave us a quick tour in his car, showed us how to get around town by bus, and even took us to the supermarket. The nearest bus stop was 5 minutes away only, though we definate - Owner personally greeted us when we checked in. He speaks English very well. He sat with us with a map and gave us the rundown of the most efficient way to see the sites, since we were on a tight schedule. He also gave us instruction sheets on how to get to the major attractions (and back to the pension from said locations), with addresses in Korean so you could show taxi drivers. Room was cozy, clean and uniquely decorated (lots of bright colors!). Kitchenette was useful, bathroom was standard

  Kay and family were great hosts. Picked us up from nearest bus stop and shared information. Guest house is new in quiet and secluded area. Peaceful and relaxing after full day of tourist attractions. Private pond and pool. - Nice Location, very friendly and helpfull owners. Rooms are very cosy and the terrace offers a great view.
