Compared to other Five star hotels in Tokyo that I have stayed in, Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo is the best so far. It has a wonderful and convenient location, a luxurious and comfortable room. The service levels were the best, every staff catered to my every problem, they even accompanied me to the train station to help me out.
I would recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Tokyo!

This hotel is the second best I have ever stayed at, only being surpassed by the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The staff were fantastic, I have never been served by more attentive staff at any hotel. The room was fabulous, we were given one on the top floor with an awesome view, the amenities in the room, everything was spotless and clean. We liked eveything. The location was excellent yet it was quiet. The room was quiet with good blockout curtains, and was fresh and new. WiFi worked well and was free. The breakfast was fine and the staff gave good advice when asked. The self- washing laundry was a bonus and worked well. Security was probably unnecessary but felt good and was not intrusive. We can't wait to stay here again and recommend it to others.

recommendation of a good sushi restaurant, the concierge actually ran
