Fantastic location with plenty of restaurants / convenience stores around the hotel. Room includes a microwave oven and washing machine / dryer. Breakfast had limited choices but good enough for the price we paid. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody!
I like everything about Tokyu Stay hotels in Tokyo. Seriously, they are not expensive, very clean, modern enough, and absolutely comfortable. That what i expect from hotels when i travel by myself. Moreover, what is very important for travel — each room has it's private washing machine. That's just simply awesome.
The room and bathroom was a reasonable size compared with other Tokyo hotels where there is pretty much just enough room for a bed. We thought the breakfast was quite good. Start your day with a healthy salad, boiled eggs, toast and a main dish that changed daily. Staff were super friendly. They greet you every single time you walk into the hotel. We made good use of the washing machine, dryer and microwave inside the room.
The hotel wasn't located as close to Shinjuku as I thought it would be. It was about a 15 min walk away from the heart of the city. This was good though because we were close to a cheap supermarket and some local restaurants.

The room was very well designed and comfortable. The washing machine was useful as we were part way through a busy trip. wifi is also welcome. breakfast was very good.
Please provide clear directions to the hotel on booking form. To get to the hotel from Shinjuku meant walking through part where rough sleepers congregate, it's not a problem but may be why the hotel seems good value

The rooms are small for European standards, but even so, they are quite alright. Breakfast was good, but with few choices.
Welcoming, very kind and helpful staffs.. Wifi in the rooms (though it wasn't mentionned on booking). Very comfortable hotel, well situated, not far away from a subway station (2 stations away from Shinjuku station).
The bed was a bit small for two persons, but still comfortable.

The hotel was small but very clean. The area was excellent for food and the metro was a short distance. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend it to budget minded folks.
We thought we had booked a 1 bedroom apartment but it was only one room with a bed. The breakfast was enough but no variety, very boring.
The staff are friendly; the WIFI all the way through the building really helps if you have business to do on the internet

The hotel is in great location - west shinjuku, 20 minutes walking or one metro station from shinjuku station. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was enough. The room is very clean and very well equiped - to the last detail. The room even had washing machine that includes dryer (and the staff gives one bag of washing powder.
The breakfast wasn't anything special, but as I said, it was enough. More than many breakfasts you can find in hotels in Europe, for example.

clean with all amenities available including washing machine in room with no extra charge. washing powder provided when checking in. 15 min walk to station and shops. near coffee shops and right next to 24 hour mcdonalds.
my sister had a smoking room as non smoking unavailabe and it stank!
Fantastic location a short walk from Nishi-Shinjuku-gochōme station. The hotel itself is clean, the room was quite large and the facilities (internet, washing machine, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery, proper knife for cutting things) were excellent. You are also walking distance from Shinjuku station, parks, restaurants etc. There are probably cheaper places in Tokyo, but this was a great balance of price and value, in my opinion. As others have mentioned, the breakfast is quite simple - but for the class of hotel (and the price of the breakfast if you buy it afterwards) it is adequate, again in my opinion. I would definitely stay again at a Tokyu hotel.

i liked the design and size of the room and specially the bathroom. everything was pretty clean and comfortable and very secured. i also liked the internet accessibility from every where in lobby and room.
i hope the breakfast could be more rich though it was enough and improvement of vending machine with some soft drinks.
