The super cheap bikes you can rent (200 yen per day!!!), the laudry, the friendly people, the location by the park, the fridge, the coffee machine, the fact that Pete Seeger was there in 1986. Amazing place.
Location is central. Easy to reach from various subway stations. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable, same for bathroom. Cheaper than a hotel.

Ryokan attitude and atmosphear.
Soooo quiet.
A nice, simple, and homey place to stay. The room was quiet and clean. Bathroom was pretty small but comfortable and clean. Value for money, and can be a pretty interesting experience to stay in here.
i would say nothing.
It's not a real traditional ryokan (compared to what we experienced in ryokans in Kyoto and Nara), but more of a guesthouse. But still, it's a very convenient and cheap place to stay in Tokyo.
It was all good!.
Quite far from the station (about 10-15 mins walk), will be trouble if you carry many or heavy luggages (take taxi will be better). The room was a bit small, but still acceptable for 3 persons in one room.
