Love the hotel, nice modern clean room. Connecting rooms were an added advantage. Ski in and out facilities were very convenient. Rental services was very convenient, staffs were helpful and went out of the way to ensure that we had what we needed. With the lockers provided, equipment were conveniently stored. Chalet Ivy Hotel is a beautiful building in Kutchan; the room is very new, clean and modern; we can see a peace and beautiful Mt. Yotei from the room; the bed are soft and comfortable, all staffs can speak a good standard English, they are friendly and helpful.
