Great ryokan experience. The rooms are impollute, very friendly staff (particularly a woman who is in charge of arranging the rooms and the dinner). Views from the room to the Torii and the bay were outstanding. The dinner was delicious with lots of different Japanese dishes. The private onsen is wonderful.
The dinner in the ryokan was superb. I was in the private onsen and it was fine too, with views to the Torii. Miyajima is a very recommended travel destiny, the walk around the town at 10pm with no body in the streets was wonderful.wszystkie opinie »
Traditional Ryokan, with breakfast and dinner served every day (choice of traditional japanese or western). Friendly staff willing to help with requests. Clean rooms and tea waiting for you in your room after dinner.
Lovely experience staying in a ryokan. The dinner was really excellent, best we had on our trip to Japan. A bit of a walk up some steps to get to the hotel but shuttle is available to get to the ferry port.
The rotemburo was really nice, as well as the view from the hotel on the Itsukushima Jinja Toori. Most of the staff where very nice.
Friendly and professional hotel trainee employee.
Excellent food and presentation.
Location of property.
The food was included and was AMAZING! Got to book and use the private hot tub with a great view.
The dinner, the breakfast, the room, the private onsen.
The food was excellent....so delicious.
I don't know! There are others ryokan closest to the pier but this really is not too far.
While most of the staff was very nice there was just one gentleman at the reception that was really rude. I speak fluent japanese so it could not have been the language barrier, he just refused to speak to us and handed us the bill on checkout.
The bathroom and toilet in the room didnt quite match the atmosphere of the rest of the hotel, since they looked very old (from the 60's or something).
Private Spa hours when Hotel was very slow.
Japanese Front Desk staff was not too friendly.
Room view was not the greatest. Hotel was very slow. They could have given us a better room with better view.
The location was a bit of a walk from the 'main' part of town plus you had to climb a large staircase to get in, which wasn't so great with luggage, kids stuff etc.
Maybe a bit far away from the ferry pier (a long walk with the luggage). They have a bus we used for the way back, that would have been good to use it also when we arrived.
