  It was a clean hotel very well located. We subsequently stayed at a hotel further away from Shibuya station a few days later and missed the convenience. As expected, like all rooms in Tokyo (that come at a reasonable price) it was small, but very manageable. Once again - excellent location!   I liked how close everything was to this hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, stores, and 7-11 and Family Mart, which is a must if travelling in Japan. The room had a decent amount of floor space in the living space; much more than other hotel rooms of similar size. The hotel is very well located, some minutes away from Shibuya station (which is better than near a bigger station, because Shibuya is very practical).   great location, near the metro/train station but on a quiet street with restaurants and convenience stores, washer/dryer in the room, very helpful staff with a manager that spoke very good english, decent breakfast at the restaurant below - - quite comfortable and clean
