  This was an interesting experience staying at this place and would recommend it to open minded travellers visiting the city. Good location within 10 minutes walking distance of Shinjuku station. If you are travelling around and just stay here for a nigh - 10/10 for novelty value, but more than that, this was a very comfortable night's sleep. English instruction leaflet was provided and the staff were very friendly, so the atmosphere was more relaxed than I'd expected. Pay - Excellent service by the staff. Especially at the concierge. We missed our airport limosine and got a full refund from the concierge. I was beyond shocked. Only in Japan I could get such honest and sincere treatment. Location is superb. Right in the heart of Shinjuku towards the east exit of the Shinjuku station hardly 5 min walk. Highly recommended for people who wish to enjoy Tokyo night life and shopping and also easy access to other parts of the city.
