the location is good, there is a free shuttle bus with specific timing from the hotel to shinjuku station. If you miss it you still can walk there in 10 mins. The counter staff there is friendly, especially the slightly board shoulder guy, speaks perfect American English and he is very helpful and sincere in answering all our questions. We are very thankful for that.

attrations and subway giving access to other parts of the city. The

All staff were helpful and prompt in responding. Toiletries basket is
compact and useful, replaced daily. Bath robes were very comfy. Location
is convenient and accessible.

Clean, self contained appartment. Great for longer stays in that you can
prepare your own food or drinks. 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station,
where all the action happens. Alternatively, right above Nishi Shinjuku
Gochome subway station.

I think the location is wonderful, it is colourful with plenty to do,
see and eat. Yes it is in a red light district but the Japanese touts
seem to ignore the non-Japanese people so you don't get hassled
however there seems to be a bunch of Jamaican guys passing themselves
off as Americans that will approach single males walking around (me)

and that was the most annoying part of the area as they start coming out

The hotel is located in a very good position not far from Shijuku
station and nightlife area. It is quite new, Internet was working and
the single room is big enough to sleep well.

Great location, was accessible to almost anywhere in Tokyo. Even
the outer districts are but a few stations away from a connecting
local line.
The A1 exit of Higashi-shijuku station is literally around the corner.
Staff were friendly and discreet; they also helped us to watch our luggage after we checked out so we could run last-minute errands.

The residence was well presented and very clean, the staff were helpful and prompt and arrived at the agreed time. The property was within an easy walk from the station which travel around Tokyo very easy. -
