I arrived quite late to check in as we had come from far away. They were very helpful and showed us around while they brought our bags to the room. They had already set up our room and beds. I asked them if they had an adaptor for Australian plugs to which they brought out a selection. Their bath was fantastic, definitely the best we went to in Japan. The water was great, and there was an outdoor as well as indoor choice (I can't speak for the female side however). The washing stations were all.
