My daughter and I had separate rooms, which suited us to have the extra space and privacy. The room was very comfortable, beautifully clean, and we liked having a fridge and kettle. The laundry facilities and internet were very welcome, too. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, by an exit to the train station, so it is very easy to get around.

Hotel staffs are hospitality and kindness especially they can speak english well. The room is quiet and comfort and make up room very smartly. Breakfast is reasonable and taste good.I'd like to recmond... The staff were fantastic and responsive to my needs. Great location, right next to all the department stores and lively parts of Daimyo + Tenjin.10 min walk from the airport train. Just need to walk 10 minutes to Hakata and the yatai. loved everything about this hotel. Location, staff, cleaness, comfort. They even have there own version of tenjin city map (gourmet map). unfortunately it's only in japanese but you can still see and kinda figure out :). The hotel location is very convenient. Service is excellent, by the way, staff English is beyond Japan standard.... The rooms were nice. I liked the design and it wasn't too cramped. Wish you didn't have to register guests, but seems common practice in Japan. too far from tenjin station, need to take a cab from the station to the hotel, otherwise it is a 10 mins walk with luggages....a bit tough. Rooms are small so need to travel light. Eco-friendly cleaning wasn't eco. No room service menu in English; Staff speaking very poor English; Italian style restaurant (a very lousy imitation of Italian food. If I go to Japan, I'd like to eat Japanese food, not fake Italian food). Double room was too small.
