Well it's what you'd book if you have an early flight out from Kansai Aiport. The view was amazing - rooms are all on high floors. Excellent location if you want to be prepared to your next morning flight. The hotel was very nice with magnificent view from the room and the dining hall (54th floor). Big and clean rooms. The outlet stores right next to the hotel were a very good addition to the otherwise not so inspiring neighborhood.

This was the last night of our holiday and all we really wanted was somewhere to bed down before our flight. The room was comfortable and clean. Good size bath and plenty of hot water. We stayed only one night prior to catching a flight the next morning. The hotel was well suited for this purpose being close to the airport, easy to access and provided free bus transport to the airport the next morning. The room was comfortable and accomodated the three of us. It was also served by a 24 hour convenience store, so we could buy snacks, coffee etc, useful as the hotel did not have a bar service.

The dinner at the restaurant was amazing! We ordered a set course and ended up with so much food could hardly eat it all! Incredible service and value!! Rooms were comfortable, slightly small to international standards, very clean. There was also a hot-spring spa, but unfortunately did not have time to check it out as were busy sightseeing! Looked amazing!

After spending one full day in Osaka, it was very convenient to get to Kanku Sun Plus Yutaka and spend a night there and - in the morning - use the free hotel airport shuttle to the airport, just 20 minutes away. Conveniently near the airport. Appreciated the shuttle bus service to and fro the airport. Chose this hotel as we had a late flight in and wanted to travel to Kyoto the next day. Loved the staff's attitude, warm, helpful & very efficient despite limited English-speaking staff. The public bath was a neat place, a great welcome treat!

Without transfer by hotrl..it's difficult to reach this hotel from kyoto as 3 change by train...but it is nice to overnight before leaving to airport next morning...I got room facing to habour view. IT WAS GREAT -
