  It was very very clean, and the rooms were so comfortable and new. We had a balcony terrace in our room and we had breakfast outside every morning. The place only has 3 rooms, but there are 3 washrooms. The kitchen is stocked with a lot of kitchen supplies. And look out for the breakfast- there is so much to choose from!!! So good!!! When we arrived we called the guy and h - Great location in the centre of Verona, just 5 minutes from the Roman arena, and 10-15min walk from train station. We stayed in a room in a building opposite the main building. The room was well presented and comfortable. Basic refreshments for breakfast both in the kitchen in main building and in the corridor in the annexe which was convenient.

  The owner, Romeo, became a friend more than a host. He provided tons of info about the sightseeing, the culture and the history of Verona. Room was nice and clean. We got the room with the patio: it wasn't larger than a balcony but had a table, an umbrella, two chairs and a lamp, which allowed us to rest and have our meals there. Rooms are nice, very clean and quiet. very good Internet connection and air-conditioning. I stayed for 2 nights and for me it was perfect. It's easy to get to the center and I actually prefer it is located not directly in the city center. I definetely would come back if I was around.

  We loved the residence, its room, swiming pool, home made breakfast, kindness of the owner. We especialy liked being remoted from Verona centre, in a quite and relaxing place but still being close to everything, working distance from a great pizzeria, few minutes drive to Verona centre, quick drive to winiards and the lake.   Really wonderful place to stay. The location is good – in quite nice street near city center full of houses with sweet little gardens.
