  Staff is excellent, always ready to please and help. Michelle speaks perfect English. Location is perfect. Although it is not on a canal, it's only 20 seconds walk to Grand Canal, 30 min leisuer walk to St. Marco's Squre, and 10 min walk to St. Lucia Train Station which is very convenient to us as we were travelling by train. It was hot outside the room, but once inside the r - Elegant spacious rooms with attention to detail and good facilities. Spotlessly clean, with good quality toiletries and plenty of towels changed daily. Excellent comfortable bed and quiet location ensured good nights sleep. Staff were delightful and friendly, all spoke excellent english and could not do enough to make sure our stay was a memorable one.   Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes! Great location close to St. Mark's square and other attractions. Staff was very helpful in o... co mówią ludzie » ur checkout process offering to sotre our bags if we needed for a few hours and things like that. - The hotel was in a very good position and was easy to find, our standard double room was a good size and very quiet at night and the the en suite bathroom was stylish and immaculate. All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.

  We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable. The hotel was spotless and breakfast plenty and delicious. They provided locked up baggage servic - The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.   The Pisani is an amazing hotel of old world charm and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful furniture and surroundings made for the perfect stay. It was a perfect place to sit and sip Prosecco while watching the tourists drift by on their Gondolas. There a few nice little restaurants nearby and a great patisserie with a huge range of delicious macaroons (and other - My 17yr son and I loved staying at Palattezzo Pisani because it was a real Venice experience ( unlike the previous boring Venitian hotel where we wouldn't have know which continent it was on). The Pasani is an actual old Palace (yes it's got plumbing and hot water!!) you can hear the waves from boats washing onto the building, see the Grand Canal out your window and have breakfast or just 'chill' in the most amazing old rooms.
