Very nice place to stay. Elena (owner) very very friendly and helpful. She gave us tips and advice on what to do in Venice, also gave us a small history lesson about Venice. Apartment was very clean and big. Had. Everything you could ask for, kitchen (with plates, knives and forks, coffee, kettle etc), toilet with hairdryer and washing machine, big living room with tv, king size double bed with window that opens on a small canal. The location is superb. Quiet square with absolutely beautiful surroundings. Easily walking distance to outlying areas as well as the tourist-centric sites. were greeted with a fresh fruit basket on arrival plus a bottle of
sparkling Italian wine. The breakfast was nicely presented and the
location was just a few minutes walk to St Marks Square and only a
couple of minutes from the Vaporetta.

The location was excellent as expected however the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful...this was somewhat surprising after reading some poor reviews but very very welcome. - The Hotel was easily accessible from the Waterbus stop and near restaurants and bars. Everything was great.
Very spacious room and a nice welcome with a bottle of champagne (we were travelling on our honeymoon). We enjoyed the view on a small romantic channel with gondolas passing by (there are some rooms with windows overlooking the Grand Canal).
Excellent location, easy to find and get to (next to a water bus stop),and great for sightseeing and shopping (just a short stroll from San Marco with all designer stores on the way).
