  The hotel staff was very polite and extremely helpful. The hotel room is spacious and grand, quite medieval venetian style. The hotel gardens and the surroundings are fascinating for an early morning stroll. Do eat in the hotel even though it's expensive as their executive chef menu is something to behold.   Absolutely fantastic! We have enjoyed ourselves a great deal at the hotel. Perfect location, excellent staff, comfort, view, breakfast, etc. - beyond all praise!
