  The Palace Suite is spacious and is fitted out to a very high standard. Amongst other things both rooms have excellent air conditioning. Servicing and cleanliness were also to a very high standard. Management of the Palace Suite is undertaken by the almost adjacent Hotel Contintentale, where a splendid breakfast is provided each morning. From every point of view both the Hotel and Palace Suite come as near to perfecti - The furnishings were ultra modern,spacious, air conditioning -controlled by guests, a super plus, kitchen very nice, very well stocked, Bedroom very spacious, lots of closet space, private entrance,pedestrian walkways no street traffic, Outer building lots of old character, elevator, no noise from other tenants. Walking distance to water 5 to 10 minutes. very centrally located , close to shops and restaurants. Near many of main Piazza's. Wait staff at breakfast and in general at cafe very good

  Our host Stefano was wonderful. We arrived earlier than expected, but he came to meet us, prepared an espresso for us, gave us a map of Trieste, and described a variety of activities and points of interest within walking distance, or bus route. He really made our stay a pleasure. - Very friendly host, very clean and nice environment
