  We spent one night in the hotel as part of our spring (April) vacation in Italy, on the way from Pisa and Volterra to the north of Italy. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.   This was a great find. Firstly the price was excellent. To be honest was not expecting much for the money at the sea in Italy. We booked a family room. We have kids of 5 and 8. We were delighted to find that room was actually a mini suite in the sense that there were two separate rooms, a large room with comfortable double and a small balcony. We had a 2 bedroom Apartment. Big bedrooms with lots of moving Space. That was good with two small children. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is a short drive to the Beach. There is supposed to be a Shuttle bus though we ended up using our car. Not too far from Pisa G G airport. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, this is a good option

The hotel is an excellent base from which to travel to Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Livorno, we were going to hire a car but this was chose to use the public transport instead as this is very good. - Very good dinner, fine service

Close to the beach (5min. walk) and private parking (limited, but on public area also enough possibilities and safe as well). The owner and the staff were very friendly. The owner speaks English.   We loved that it was on the beach, my kids really like the fact that our room had two floors which made playing hide and go seek so much more fun.   Comfortable, clean apartment with views and easy beach access. An excellent location to explore Tuscany by car, and a great value when staying a week or more. Stocked up with supplies at the Fonti del Corallo shopping centre in Livorno. Dishes, cutlery, towels and bedding were provided.
