  Our stay in Stresa Residence was unforgettable. We liked absolutely everything. Stresa is a wonderful historical town with nice views and villas. Our appartments were cosy, comfortable, everything was in place, and we appreciated a price/quality rate. The location of the town is very convenient for long walks or for travelling. The nature is wonderful, lake and mountains are definitely w - We chose Stresa Residence for two reasons - (1) it was an apartment rather than a hotel and had a full kitchen; and (2) it was less expensive than most of the hotels we looked at as well. We were very happy with our choice. We ate all of our breakfast in as well as some of the lunches (with the kitchen and a grocery store a block away this was easy).
