We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The owner, Augusto, gave us a warm welcome with a glass of Prosecco. He is a very good host and surprised us with a individual approach.

The apartment was tastefully designed and furnished, every thing was very clean, there is a pool (though the water were COLD!!) our apartment was located in the second building which didn't have the indoor pool and the sauna, but you could easily pop into the next door building which is a part of Acqua Resort and use them.

The town was very pretty with lots of little alleyways to explore with plently of restaurants and Italian ice cream shops. Take a stroll off the main streets and take the countryside pathways to explore and walk through the park. Boat trips available to sail on the lake. -

The staff was great, knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. The pool was beautiful but cold in the beginning of May. We walked around the town and we were quite close to the middle of Sirmione, about 200m. The staff recommended a boat ride around the island, 40 Euros, and a trip across the Lake to Lazio. Both were excellent. The breakfast was extensive and delicious.

The staff were excellent and friendly. The underground parking is a bigplus. Pool was of good size, clean and never too crowded, plenty ofloungers. Breakfast was fine but could do with more variety. Big comfortable, clean apartment, the kitchen contains all the necessary equipment. Balcony is also big and overlooks the green park. It is possible to take bicycle for free - convenient if you plan to visit Sirmione and not to worry about the parking. Good location – only two minutes from the lake. -
