Everything, the decor was very relaxing, also ,i guess very italian, great location, slightly ,out of town, supberb staff, really, we were very pleased, would stay again, thank you, - the staff were extremely helpful, and the food was excellent. This place is just ideal for spending a vacation on the Garda lake, especially in summer. This apartment hotel is very comfortable, provides a fantastic view on the lake and its eastern coast. Close to the public beach. Almost new rooms (in second building). Very nice and friendly stuff, who offered the free and tasty coffee everytime we walked by. The hotel is right on the lake. They have a very nice terrace where you can sit and watch the world go by. The rooms are small but clean and functional. Some have a balcony overlooking the lake. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and very good (they will bring you eggs cooked how you want and cappuccino). They had free parking too which is nice.

The staff was great, knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. The pool was beautiful but cold in the beginning of May. We walked around the town and we were quite close to the middle of Sirmione, about 200m. The staff recommended a boat ride around the island, 40 Euros, and a trip across the Lake to Lazio. Both were excellent. The breakfast was extensive and delicious.

The town was very pretty with lots of little alleyways to explore with plently of restaurants and Italian ice cream shops. Take a stroll off the main streets and take the countryside pathways to explore and walk through the park. Boat trips available to sail on the lake. -

Plenty of parking, easy to find by car especially from Verona and a superb location as a base for the entire lake. The delightful ladies at reception gave us a map and instructions to get around. Our apartment was spacious and functional, only lacking a corkscrew and some washing up sponges/soap. A basic breakfast is available at an additional cost. Wifi was a little patchy in the room but didn't cause us too much trouble as another router was based in reception. Overall a very good stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The owner, Augusto, gave us a warm welcome with a glass of Prosecco. He is a very good host and surprised us with a individual approach.
