  Very nice hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location for viewing the village, castle and Grotte di Catulla in Sirmione. Nice breakfast. Small, single room, but perfectly fine for one person. - best value for money, breakfast has very much improved since our last stay in 2011

  We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The owners and staff could not have been any friendlier. On our second day a room with a better view became available. The the hotel owner asked us to take a look at it and if we wanted it we could move in to it. We did! The breakfast w - the owners and staff are very friendly, helpful and generous. i have celiac disease and they were ready with a number of choices of gluten free items for breakfast. a couple of nights too, they brought everyone in the hotel little plates or bowls of cut fresh fruit. the pool is great, the distance to the beach, the castle, the roman ruins and the restaurants is very, very close. and they were always ready to help solve travel questions, give recommendations and even order flowers to be sent to
