  Not only was the location beautiful, central enough to walk into Siena but far enough out to not get the noise, the staff were incredible. Extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautifully decrorated with an excellent architectural finish and every minute detail has been carefully thought of.   The location was amazing - only a 30 min walk or 5 min bus ride into the old town of Sienna. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was a real treat with everything from cereal and fruit to salami, ham, cheese and a variety of cakes.   The staff was super nice and hospitable. They waited up for us to arrive after midnight! The room and bathrooms were clean. It was very close to the Sienna's city center and parking was included and accessible. The fresh pastries were delicious and warm.   the friendly, hospitable staff and the location to the city - The location of the hotel was great. A 15-20 minute walk into the town center or a bus stop across the street can get you there in less than 5. Our room was large and clean and the breakfast was good too. The staff didn't speak a lot of English but they were friendly and accomodating.
