Gorgeous place just inside the town walls, walking distance to the entire town. Extra bonus was that being close to the front of town, you don't need to carry luggage very far. Beautiful linen and lovely host made it a very special stay. Wifi in room was good. We would definitely stay here again. -

Property is located on its own hillock and so has 360 degree view of surrounding Tuscan landscape. The family that runs the facility are very nice and go out of way to assist. One day we lost our way and ended up in an industrial area having no taxi. Simona came all the way to pick us up. Thanks. -

Once this hotel was a mill and you can still see reference to it around the hotel. I would advise it to everyone!

Location is GREAT. View from apartment is breathtaking. Fabio was very helpful, he planned our trip in San Gimignano and tour via Toscany.
It's a pity we spend only one night there.

My teenage son and I spent a wonderful week at the "Podere
Bellavista", which is peacefully located among the vineyards and
the olive trees. The accommodation was perfect (bedroom + living-room
with kitchenette, beautiful terrace); both the apartment and the
surroundings were kept perfectly clean. We enjoyed the beautiful swimming-
pool, the magnificent view and Virginia's friendly hospitality.
