  I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. The hotel - Jewel who runs the hotel was brilliant, so accommodating and willing to help all the time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

During both stays, staff were 100% friendly, helpful and full of information, even those who did speak english found a way!   Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

  Very nice, clean and frendly place. Great location Termini station is 10 min walk distance, the Metro station was 3 min walking. Coliseum is 15 min walk. Daniele, was very helpful and nice.
