Fantastic location near the Flaminio Metro station, right on Via del
Corso by Piazza del Popolo. Huge double room with enormous terrace for
families, was the best room on our European vacation! Very helpful
filipino and indian staff cleaning our rooms and serving us breakfast

Great location; Via Del Corso is the busiest street in Rome. And it is a
zone with limited traffic so it is relatively quiet. You can walk to
most of Rome's attractions or to the Flaminio (Piazza Del Popolo)
Metro station (10 minutes walk). The line passing by Flaminio (line a)
passes by all of Rome's attractions.
The room is well designed and very clean and the staff is very friendly and understanding.

Large apartment in an excellent location. Neighborhood amazing. Next to Pantheon and near the Roman Forum, the apartment is situation in a cobble-stone neighborhood that "feels" like the Rome I hoped for. Plenty of room, 3 rooms and a kitchen. Very nice.

Very quiet, large warm room with large bathroom.Bathrobes and slippers.Good breakfast. WIthin walkind distance from everything - 15-30 minutes - Spanish steps to Vatican and Capitol Hill. Owner is extremly helpful and nice. Best hotel for the price. We will be back next year. - Bathrooms were very modern and well kept. Very nice people.

Location was excellent (once we found it!) very close to coliseum and
some nice local restaurants. Room was fairly small but clean and
comfortable. Breakfast was continental-style but ample and very good.
Staff were helpful but only spoke Italian but we were able to
communicate through miming and some broken Italian/English.

I definitely recommend Cesar Vatican Rooms. The staff was really nice
and accommodating: we changed our arrival time a few times and they were
always available and welcomed us warmly, despite this not being a hotel.
The rooms are really nice, good sized and newly refurbished and have
everything you might need. Location is perfect for a city visit:

Very clean. The hosts were great and very helpful. It was nice to have a private room like that which was clean, newly refurbishment with modern fittings and facilities. The room had everything we needed e.g. great spacious bathroom, kitchen, window looking out to courtyard which meant it was nice and quite even though we were very centrally located. Would definitely recommend.

We didn't stay at the B&B but at a small apartment room around the corner. It was very nice. Location was very central to Vatican. Breakfast was very nice- breads with meats and cheese. Tea and coffee. Room cleaned daily and fresh towels daily as needed. -

I like very much helpful staff, the silence of the location where the hotel is located and cleanliness. Also breakfast were quite enough and room was pretty large for 2 persons. Good choice for quality and low costs if you don´t like mess and loud of the city centre. -

happy to give us extra information including good restaurants to go
to and ones to avoid. They were especially considerate of the prices
too as we were on a budget as I imagine most people are these days.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. The room was spacious and although the bathroom was not big, it was clean, towels were changed daily and it included everything we needed. Our room was situated next to the street, so we could hear some traffic but not very loud, we had no problem sleeping.

We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano. The location is perfect, within walking distance to most of the tourist sites, the Metro and villa Borghese which is a great place to take the kids. the room is spacious, clean and modern. Our entire stay at Piazza di Spagna Prestige was a marvel. This is a
beautiful boutique hotel, where each of the rooms has its own distinct
character and charm, and they are all classy, harmonious, and
comfortable. The staff is exceptionally nice, and the owner Giovanna
takes care of any request you might have. Before our visit, I informed
her that we were coming to Rome to get married, and she then upgraded us
to an absolutely gorgeous room to make sure we would get great photos
