  We stayed in the Marchesi apartment. The apartment was quite large, updated and in a really good location. It had a lift so getting our 4 large luggage up to level 2 was no problem. Although the lift is really tiny. Staff was nice. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone in Rome)
